Preparations for the 1st Project Fair Phils., is moving fast and there's no stopping it now.  Fifteen foreign clubs have already confirmed to co-host the event, while, together with D3830, three other Philippine Districts, for a total of about 94 clubs, are also confirmed as co-hosts.  On the other hand, 5 clubs from other Philippine Districts are participating as non-co-hosts. More clubs are expected to join.

         THE PROJECT FAIR
The 1st Project Fair Philippines 2009 will be held on Nov. 26, 2009 in Makati City, coinciding with the Rotary Zone Institute Manila 2009, which will be held on Nov. 27-29, 2009.  Led by District 3830, the Project Fair will be participated in by 3 Rotary Districts in the Philipines as co-hosts the rest as non-co-hosts, for about 800 clubs.  The event provides a venue to forge partnerships between clubs around the world and be able to handle larger scale and more meaningful service projects.
